Recently, they discovered a cute new series on Nicke Jr. about the magic of friendship and some cute little charmers-in-training. Little Charmers set in the magical world of Charmville where anything is possible. Three adorable Charmers-in-Training (C.i.T.’s) can’t wait to get a handle on their new magical powers while learning about friendship, teamwork, and self-confidence along the way. My two daughters love the girls so much, I thought it would be fun to recreate their headbands so then they can pretend they are in Charmville too.
What You’ll Need
- Plastic headbands
- 3/8″ or 1/4″ ribbon
- wearable embellishments
- hot glue gun
My youngest was so excited to complete her headband and wear it. She’s been playing with her toy set and watching Little Charmers ever since. She even asked me to set the DVR to catch every episode just in case they came on when she was at school.
Hazel, Posie, and Lavender (along with their pets Seven-a cat, Treble-an owl, and Flare-baby dragon) get into some mishap and mayhem while learning how to control their magic, but they learn anything is possible with friendship. My youngest daughter has been taking some of the storylines to school with her even and they’ve helped her connect with her classmates. One day after school she told me about what happened at school and she started with, “but it’s okay because like Hazel, I…”. I thought that was really cool that a kids TV show has these really smart lessons hidden inside.
