Hair Cuttery Review + Giveaway

A few weeks ago I was approached by One 2 One Network and was asked if I would like to participate in the Hair Cuttery Campaign. Of course I agreed to some much needed Mommy Time alone. My husband is really great at letting me go out alone a lot but that usually consists of me going to the grocery store alone. That’s not exactly what I have in mind when I think of Mommy Time but hey, it’s better than nothing, right? Hair Cuttery sent me a $75 gift certificate to use at the nearest Hair Cuttery Salon so I quickly made the first appointment I could and starting thinking about what I was going to have done to my hair.

My hair was HORRIBLE the day I went in so here’s a picture of me and Makenna around Christmas time which showed my current color and style. My hair was lifeless, roots were growing out, and it had lost it’s shape and style. I was definitely in need of a new do.

I chose to get a partial highlight and to get the split ends cut off. I am trying to grow my hair long again so I wanted to keep the length. After about 3 hours in the salon… yes, THREE HOURS I was almost done. I have extremely thick hair so it takes a long time to color it.

I love the way my color turned out. My beautician listened to my needs and gave me the perfect blonde highlights and the cut is just fabulous too.
