THE SPA at PGA National Resort

Remember in June when I had the pleasure of visiting the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL? Well, if not than you need to get a refresher course THE SPA.

THE SPA.

THE SPA at PGA National is one of a kind – out of this world, amazing.

First, it smelled amazing when you walked in. Like a flower threw up. I loved it.

After checking in, we were escorted into the women waiting area. There were plush, comfy couches, orange water, tea, fruit, and more. The waiting set up was relaxing alone.

We got a full tour of all the amenities on our side which included a showers that I could practically live in and sit under the water for hours. Also, each shower had a separate (but attached) changing area with clothing hooks and a bench. And, you also had signature shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream in each stall.

There was also a steam, sauna, and whirlpool room. That’s not exactly my cup of tea (sweating to death… yeah, no thanks) but I know a lot of people find that type of thing relaxing and love it after a good work out or swim.

After our tour we changed into our fancy robes. The robe was 100 times too big for me so I wish they would offer a size option so I don’t feel so swallowed up. Just a suggestion though :)

I had an ah-mazing Swedish massage by a woman named Rommi. She was the sweetest Ukrainian lady who has been with the spa for over 19 years. I had a great time chatting it up with her and in no time my massage was over and I felt sad. I felt so great afterward though. Rommi got out all my knots and so much tension in my neck it was a great feeling.

Waters of the World. Even saying it you probably have no clue what I mean by that. By that I mean an tranquil “spa guest only” 6 pool area!

When you walk out to the pool you are greeted by an attendant who walks to you where you want to sit, places your towels on the chairs, brings you sunscreen, cold wash cloths, and constantly refills your orange citrus water. For the life of me I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that was outside that day but he was so nice and did his job perfectly.

So the 6 pools:
