So I’m not in NYC right now for #BlogHer12 
It’s a very sad week for me after I found out last second that I would not be going. It’s a very personal reason and something I did not take lightly when deciding if I would be staying home or not.
Next year I will definitely be going. I love BlogHer.
But I got a nice surprise yesterday when Jenn from TheSuburbanMom told me that I won her Chips AHoy & RITZ giveaway. So what did I win? Cookies and crackers… big whoop right? No, I won two tickets to the American Idol tour!
I got a nice (overnighted) package on my door step this morning with yes, Chips Ahoy cookies, RITZ crackers and the tickets to the concert happening TONIGHT! I am bringing my friend Jenn – MyBoysandTheirToys (yeah, I know a lot of Jennifers. like Jenn The Rebel Chick. Geez no wonder my husband gets confused when I talk to him about my friends.)
I looked at the Ticketmaster site and we’ll pretty close to the stage.
So take that BlogHer and NYC :p lol. I’ll be screaming like a 10 year old tonight (probably sitting next to 10 year olds) when Colton comes on the stage.

Last night was so much fun! We were super close to the stage, too bad our section was full of older people. I’m not even joking when I tell you 80% of our section was full of 50+ year old people. One guy behind us even told Jenn to sit down. Yep, at a concert, Jenn was told to sit down! It was weird but we had a good time.
And bonus. One row in front of us was Jeremy Rosado who was in the top 13 from the same season! Did I get a picture with him? Nope. Because both mine and Jenn’s phones died by the end of the night

I totally missed this post! While I understand being sad about Blogher – Going to the American Idol tour would be SO awesome!!!
I think that kind of makes up for not being in NYC! Hope your night was a blast!
