Mop Top Fuzzy Duck Hair Care review and giveaway

If you follow me on Twitter or on Instagram you are constantly seeing pictures of my daughters, especially Kendall since she’s with me all day while Makenna is at school. You’ll also see that Kendall has pretty wild and very curly hair.

The problem I have is that Kendall despises her hair to be touches, brushed, pulled up, everything! I’ve tried a couple of different hair brands that promise to control curls with no luck.

Recently I found Mop Top Haircare products and as a last hope I figured I’d try it on Kendall’s hair. Mop Top makes an adult line but they also make a kid line called Fuzzy Duck.

We were sent the Fuzzy Duck travel kit that includes a 2oz size of shampoo, conditioner, detangler and anti-frizz gel to review. They may seem small but you only need a dime size so the bottles will last a long time.

It was easy enough to use. I used just a dime size of shampoo and combed it through. Conditioner I used a bit more, like a nickel, combed it through and let it sit in Kendall’s hair for 5-8 minutes while she played then rinsed it clear. I don’t wash Kendall’s hair that often because I don’t want to dry out her curls so in between washes I like using the anti-frizz gel to tame her curls and keep them under control.

Look how gorgeous her curls are after I used Fuzzy Duck! they are tighter, less frizzy, and shiny.

Mop Top has a product for every hair type – straight, wavy loose curls, medium curls, small tight curls, completely kinky coily curls, thin hair, and even weaves and extensions!

It would be for my son. He has curly hair and pretty shaggy. I love it that way but he tends to get lots of knots in the back. My daughter has the same problem and she’s a little baby with very fine hair.
