The Power Of Imagination

Having kids is one of the most rewarding thing in my life. Watching them grow, learning, and especially watching them use their imagination. 

Imagination was thought of as a way for children to escape from reality, and once they reached a certain age, it was believed they would push fantasy aside and deal with the real world. But, increasingly, child-development experts are recognizing the importance of imagination and the role it plays in understanding reality.

Watching my daughter’s use their imaginations is magical. It makes me happy to see them playing, laughing, and sometimes in a whole other world. 

Like Dan from Dino Dan, they see things right in front of them. Their toys come to life-like something out of a movie. 

I rented Dino Dan: Dino Tracker – Ready Set Dino! from Redbox this weekend and my girls were loving all the dinosaurs. Dino Dan: Dino Tracker – Ready, Set, Dino! is actually a DVD with 10 episode from the TV show. After the DVD was over I sent them off to their room to play. I knew they saw that Dan saw, they began using their imaginations too. I was screaming Pterodactyl screams, and T-Red yells. When I peeked in I saw them using stuff animals but yet they were imagining they were dinosaurs.

I love watching them pretending like that.
