Being a stay-at-home mom definitely has its perks but those perks come at a price. Breakfasts, lunches, dishes, homework, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and of course my most hated project – laundry.
The grass stains, the food stains, the pen stains my husband acquires from work, dirt stains and stains that I don’t even know where or how they got on clothing. It’s just an annoying process for me so anything that can make my life easier and make laundry go more smoothly is my best friend.

Recently after doing the bedding I discovered something shocking and kind of gross. Since our sheets are white I use bleach in the wash, along with our regular detergent and that should get them sparkly, clean and white, right? Well apparently, that’s not right! I was folding them up and look to my surprise what I saw.
The top is our pillow cases and the bottom is the fitted sheet. Both are clean and have been bleached! The sheet looks bright white but wow, those pillow cases are definitely not white.
Hopefully with the help of Arm & Hammer baking soda and Oxi Clean in one of these powerful crystal paks I will have bright clothes and it will make my pillow cases white again.
